Hello,

I have had my note 4 for over 2 years and loved it and it has worked flawlessly. Two weeks ago i downloaded and installed the 6.0.1 update. From then on my note was useless. Its very slow. If I try to open an app it takes about 10 seconds. I cant scroll using a browser and it freezes. In addition its on the charger about 4 times per day with a new battery fitted. I have taxi orly done a full factory reset and its just the same. I have been in touch with Samsung who will fix it but it will be chargeable. Im mad as hell about this as its out of warranty and why should I pay for a repair with an issue created by samsung. I have ended up buying another phone as the note is pretty much unusable. Anyone else having the same issues?
