Again, both the Cowboys star wideouts should play. In this matchup, it wouldn't be surprising for both of them to be WR1s. It would be more surprising if neither ended up inside the top-12 for the week. The Kirk Gibson Jersey  Saints are the No. 1 team against RBs and a terrible team against WRs, so this sets up to be a nuclear game for Dak Prescott and his pa s-catchers.

Steelers linebacker T.J. Watt is questionable to return from a hip injury he  Red Schoendienst Jersey suffered during Pittsburgh's game vs. the Lions.

Run plays: Watches nap; follows QB until action moves downfield; then follows runner to determine forward progre s and position of the ball; determines first downs or if a measurement is nece sary.
Pa s plays: Shadows QB from drop to release; drops back as the play starts and monitors offensive tackles; turns attention solely to QB as defense approaches; watches for roughing the pa ser; rules on intentional grounding; makes the decision whether a loose ball is a fumble or incomplete pa s.
Special teams: Watches for running into/roughing the kicker.
UmpireLining up next to the referee 10-12 yards behind the line of scrimmage in the offensve backfield, the umpire primarily watches for holding and blocking fouls. He or she also reviews player equipment, counts offensive players on the field and marks off penalty yardage. Maybe youve only heard of best ball leagues in pa sing or maybe youve Derwin James Jr. Jerseys  done 50 drafts by now, but one thing is for sure -- its quickly becoming the hottest trend in fantasy football. Thats especially true early in draft season when dynasty drafts are done but its too soon to do full redraft leagues/auctions with waivers, trades, etc. Now is as good of a time as ever to deliver a draft cheat sheet full of all the tips and strategy advice you need to dominate your best ball leagues in 2021.
First of all, just what is best ball? The name comes from the idea that you dont actually set your lineup each week. Rather, your highest-scoring players are automatically slotted into your lineup after the fact. The differences from redraft dont end there. Not every league is set up exactly the same, but below are the typical rules for most best ball leagues.

Basic Best Ball RulesYour best players at each position automatically slot into your starting lineup after the week is finishedNo waivers, pickups, or dropsNo tradesLarge rosters. Because you are just doing the draft with no waivers or trades, typical drafts are 20-30 rounds to make sure you have a sufficient number of players to last the seasonRoto scoring. Always check your league settings, but on most sites the scoring is cumulative for the year. This means you dont have head-to-head matchups; rather, the points the person with the most points at the end wins.The beauty of this format is that its super low maintenance. You basically do your draft and thats your team. Check back every Tuesday to see where you finished for the week and where you're at in the season standings. If you are someone like me that is in too many leagues" but you still want to in July and early August, its a great way to get involved with current friends, make new ones, or just give yourself a shot at some prize money.
Now, lets get into some strategy. Well do a couple of general tips before breaking down how to handle each position.
DOMINATE YOUR DRAFT:
Fantasy Football Best Ball Tips, Draft Strategy, How to PlayBasic Best Ball Tips:ABC (Always Be Counting).By the nature of this format, most viable players are going to be drafted. Since there are no waivers to bail you out, you need to have enough players on your team at the end of the draft to fill the positions. For instance, you need to be counting how many viable QBs are remaining to make sure that you get at least two decent ones (preferably three) before they are gone. You also want to count how many owners around you have drafted a position. If you are picking at eight and the guys at nine and 10 each have three QBs already, there is a good chance they arent taking another one and a QB might come back to you.
Track Bye Weeks. You dont need to pay super-close attention to this at RB or WR, but if your plan is to draft just two quarterbacks and/or two tight ends, its imperative. Again, there are no waivers, so if you draft just two QBs and they have the same bye, thats a guaranteed zero for that week -- a big no-no.
Take Some Chances. One thing I use best ball drafts for Justin Herbert Jerseys  at this time of the year is to "place some bets." Think Deshaun Watson gets off with a slap on the wrist? Bet on it by taking him at value in a best ball league! Think a certain player is definitely going to get injured? Grab his backup without worrying that you're "wasting" a pick. Just remember that best ball ADP isnt nece sarily going to be the same as redraft ADP for your hometown league. Well get into that more below.

Fantasy Football Best Ball Draft Tips: QuarterbackQuarterback needs to be treated differently in this format because you cant just draft one QB or play matchups during the year. Because of the large roster sizes for best ball leagues, every viable quarterback -- including several Week 1 backups -- will likely be drafted.
At quarterback, I have a fairly simple strategy. If I take one of the better QBs that Im highly confident in, I'm more likely to draft only one other quarterback. For instance, if I take Patrick Mahomes in the third round, I might wait a little and take a guy who Im confident wont lose his job but also isnt super flashy -- think Ben Roethlisberger or Derek Carr. Unle s its a superflex league, only one quarterback can slot into your lineup each week, so you'll be wasting a lot of good weeks and high-end draft capital by taking two high-end quarterbacks. If Khalil Mack Jerseys  you go this route, also be wary of bye weeks. If you take Mahomes and Kyler Murray, not only are you wasting the capital, but they have the same bye week.
If I dont take a high-end QB, I try to get three viable options. One of my favorite moves is to wait a bit on quarterback, then take two I trust, such as Matthew Stafford and Matt Ryan. Then, I'll look for one with a low floor but high ceiling, like a Trey Lance or Justin Fields. Even if the rookies start the year on the bench (or dont play at all), you are covered for those weeks with your top two. This is a method to limit your risk exposure while simultaneously having a shot at this years Lamar Jackson or Kyler Murray if the rookies blow up.

Fantasy Football Best Ball Draft Advice: Running backIn the early part of your best ball draft, running back is actually going to be treated as it is in any other fantasy draft -- the bell cows that are locked in for a major workload go first. Guys like Christian McCaffrey, Dalvin Cook, Ezekiel Elliott, etc, come off the board just like they would in any redraft league, and its smart to get your hands on as many of those type guys as you can. After that is where the strategy diverges from redraft.
Home Run Hitters
In a typical redraft league, you are looking for the safe guys that you can feel comfortable slotting into your lineup that wont get you a zero. In best ball, you dont need to make those start-sit decisions. You dont need to fear the zero. With that being said, you want to look for guys who can potentially hit home runs, even if they have down weeks Kemon Hall Jerseys . One of my favorite metrics is speed. Look at guys like Raheem Mostert and Kenyan Drake who recorded the three fastest plays in the NFL last year per NFL Next Gen Stats. Those plays are often recorded on 50-plus-yard runs. Even if that player puts up a zero the following week, a 70-yard touchdown alone is worth 13 points. In that case, they are almost certainly going to crack your lineup that week and you likely wont get burned by the zero-point week because youll have five-to-seven RBs on your roster.
A player like JK Dobbins in a timeshare offense like the Ravens could be frustrating for redraft leagues, but in best ball, his speed and ability to score from 20-plus yards out is coveted. Some of these guys will have reduced ADPs because of opinions carried over from redraft leagues, and thats exactly where you can find value.

Handcuffs and Vultures
At the very end of drafts when the pickings are slim, I like to target two types of guys. I call one a handcuff plus." This is a player with some standalone value in his current role but destined to see a huge increase in production if the starter were to get hurt (e.g. Tony Pollard, Alexander Mattison, Jamaal Williams). Guys like Pollard will break off random touchdown runs from time to time while giving the starter a breather, but in redraft, you would never start them because  Justin Jones Jerseys you have no idea when its coming. However, in best ball, you get those points if that scenario plays out.
I also like to target a player who is so hit or mi s, he cant be trusted in regular leagues -- the touchdown vulture. When we are talking about the very last round of a 20-30 round draft, all you are looking for is a guy who can score a touchdown every once in a while and sneak into your lineup (especially during the byes). Big plodders fall in these drafts because of our preconceived notions from redraft, but guys like Gus Edwards, Rhamondre Stevenson, and AJ Dillon could find themselves in best ball lineups a lot of weeks simply by being the biggest body in the running back group. The big boys are back in best ball!

2021 FANTASY AUCTION VALUES (Standard & PPR): | | | | | | Fantasy Football Best Ball Draft Strategy: Wide receiverIf there is one position you can wait on in best ball, its wide receiver. Thats because of how deep the position is based on the format. Unlike running back or quarterback, where there is typically one guy on the field at a time, most teams use at least two WRs on most plays. Some teams -- Cardinals, Bengals, Cowboys, Bills, etc. -- are using three or even four on most snaps. By the nature of that, there are simply going to be more viable wide receivers available in rounds 20-30 of your best ball drafts.

Boom/Bust
Just like running back, Ive done a over at Fantasy Alarm. Far and away, the biggest values are going to be the boom-or-bust wide receivers. Look at this chart from the previous article showing last season's weekly performance for Cooper Kupp and Amari Cooper.
PPR PointsCooper KuppAmari Cooper1-5136-104011-155316-202721-251226-302030+01Kupp was very "safe," scoring at least six points in every game. Cooper had some absolute duds, scoring 1.5, 2.5, and 4.1 points in some weeks, which likely killed you in redraft. Here's the thing -- those weeks dont matter much, if at all, in best ball. Someone else will be in your lineup. Conversely, six-to-12 points from Kupp might not be enough to crack your best balllineup in any given week. In reality,Cooper was the far better best ball player, slotting into your Larry Rountree III Jerseys  lineup a minimum of 10 times.
There is incredible value to be found with field-stretcher, big-play WRs who might considered too risky to start every week in redraft leagues. You dont need to start anyone in best ball. If you owned Marquise Brown, you got all those weeks he scored a touchdown with none of the bad weeks.

Stacking
When people hear stacking, they often think of stacking a wide receiver with a quarterback, a common DFS strategy. In best ball,we are talking about a different kind of stacking that is usuallya headache in redraft: Stacking two WRs from the same team.
In the early part of the fantasy draft, uncertainty is bad. You want to use your high-end capital on guys you can trust because a mi s hurts you badly. In the late parts of drafts, uncertainty is actually your friend. Last year, the Panthers had a new coach and new QB. D.J.Moore was going WR14 since everybody thought he was a safe playwhile guys like Robby Anderson and Curtis Samuel were going in the WR60-65 range. We didnt know who the second WR was going to be in Carolina, so you could easily take both Anderson and Samuel late, a suming at least one of them should be decent. And what happened? It was a brand new offense and the ball was spread around pretty evenly. Moore wasnt nece sarily any better than the other two, and you got a bunch of viable weeks from both Samuel and Anderson.
This year, there are a number of teams in a similar boat with a new coach and new QB from which you can stack multiple of the WRs at the end of drafts (JAX, DET, NYJ, HOU). How do we even know that Urban Meyer and Trevor Lawrence are going to like DJ Chark best?With picks in the 10-15th-round range, you could easily stack both Laviska Shenault and Marvin Jones Jr., and at least get one guy who should be second on the team in targets. Fantasy Football Best Ball Draft Strategy: Tight endTight end is my specialty, so a lot of people think I love high-end tight ends like Travis Kelce, but thats not the case. I like finding the tight ends who could become upper-tier guys by season's end. Spending all this time researching tight ends just to draft the chalk play is a waste of time, so I dont often do it. If you have found succe s with a particular position in the past, you should apply this same logic.Excel in finding solid late-round running backs? Dont load up on them with your first picks; you are doing yourself a di service! That said, there are two strategies that I like to deploy with TE, and one does revolve around upper-tier tight ends.

Elite
If you go with an elite tight end, you should treat it the same way we talked about quarterback earlier. Even if you draft Travis Kelce or Darren Waller, you shouldn'tneglect the position moving forward. What you should really do to maximize your value is take the high-end tight end, then take a second highly trustworthy tight end. This not only covers you for the bye weeks and down weeks (yes, even the greats have down weeks), but it lets you maximize your roster allocation. If you take a high-end tight end like George Kittle,then a safe tight end like Noah Fant, you can now e sentially be done drafting tight end. If you take Kittle then wait until the very end, now you feel uncomfortable with just one guy and end up piecing together multiple scrappy tight ends. Those roster spots are better spent on WRs with higher upside. Rather than having  Hunter Kampmoyer Jerseys just one really good tight end and three usele s ones, the ideal configuration is one high-end tight end, a solid one, and then two more roster spots for other positions.

Yin & Yang
Every year I write an article on this strategy for redraft, but the concept is simple really. If you wait on tight end, draft multiple. Draft at least one safe tight end who might have a medium ceilingbut a decent floor so you arent getting a zero. An example of this is a guy like Irv Smith Jr. who isnt a top-two target on his team but should catch a couple pa ses a week to at least keep you afloat. This is your "yin." Then, you pair him with a low-floor, high-upside tight end who could be complete trash but also has something that gives them a path to high upside (like speed or a chance to be the second target on his team). Someone like Evan Engram fits this mold. This is your "yang."If your lineup is all yins, they are all going to score around five or six points each week, and youll have one guy in your lineup scoring six points and three on your bench scoring five. If your lineup is all yangs, you might have two guys put up 20 points in Week 1, then put up duds in Week 2 and 3, resulting in you ending up with a two and zero in your lineup for those weeks. Its all about balance.

We have been talking about Brady vs. Mahomes from the moment the Chiefsfinished off the Bills in the AFC championship game, though we know these two gentlemen will not meet on the field while the ball is in play during the Super Bowl. Itll be Brady, then Mahomes. Or Mahomes, then Brady. And when its over, theyll meet at midfield and exchange pleasantries, because this is what is expected from the kings of pro football.
It is still a competition, though, the way Tiger vs. Phil was so many times when they were in different groups trying to destroy par and one another in a major golf tournament. The quarterbacks do not have to directly oppose each other to be measured against each other.

We attempted not to do this by simply looking at the names and measuring ones legend against the others, but by examining what that specific players value was in that particular season and how the two stacked up against one other. Of course, each quarterbacks career achievements are going to play a part in how he is viewed, but it would be disingenuous to make that the only qualifier.
So here is the list, every Super Bowl quarterback matchup, ranked, with the years noted accounting for the regular season and not the calendar year in which the game was played.
1. Joe Montana vs. Dan Marino, 1984Preamble  : Montana already had one Super Bowl victory on his resume when Marino entered the league in 1983, and Marinos sophomore season was so statistically outrageous that perhaps only Patrick Mahomes has matched it since. Marino led the Dolphins to a 14-2 record and Joel Iyiegbuniwe Jersey  led the NFL in completions, attempts, yards, pa ser rating and touchdowns; his 48 TDs set a record that stood for 20 years. Marino was first-team All-Pro. Montana was second-team with a season that featured 64 percent completions, 28 touchdowns and a 14-1 record in 15 starts.
The Game:  The Dolphins dynamic pa sing attack never materialized, with Marino finishing 29-of-50 for 318 yards and two interceptions. Montana outgained him, completing 24-of-35 for 331 yards and three TDs.
Final score:  49ers 38, Dolphins 16

2. Terry Bradshaw vs. Roger Staubach, 1978Preamble:  Bradshaw was a two-time Super Bowl winner by this time, but this was the first season in which he was the principal agent of the Steelers succe s. He became NFL MVP with a league-leading 28 touchdown pa ses and 7.9 yards per pa s attempt, and he completed 56.3 percent of his attempts, the second-best figure of his career and good enough for seventh in the league. Staubach was near the end of his career but still a Pro Bowl player with a league-leading pa ser rating of 84.9, plus 3,190 yards and 25 touchdowns.
The Game:  The 13th Super Bowl ever played was considered, for years, the best ever and remains in the conversation. Bradshaw completed only 17 of his 30 pa ses, but four of them were touchdowns. Staubach threw three touchdowns, but the one that wasnt  a drop by tight end Jackie Smith that could have tied the score at 21-all in the third quarter  is the throw most remembered.

John Elway vs. Brett Favre, 1997Preamble:  At the end of a run of three consecutive All-Pro selections, Favre brought the defending champion Packers back to the Super Bowl with a chance for a rare repeat. Only five franchises  Devin Hester Jersey had done it at least once, and this was Green Bays chance to join the Steelers with two. Favre had thrown for a league-leading 35 touchdowns and accumulated 3,867 pa sing yards. Elway was appearing in his fourth Super Bowl but had dropped the first three. His late-career renai sance was fueled by a power running game featuring Terrell Davis, but he was still able to deliver one of his patented late-game drives and threw for 27 touchdowns and made the Pro Bowl.
The Game:  The Broncos and Packers engaged in one of the great Super Bowls, with Favre throwing for 256 yards and three touchdowns and the Broncos not gaining the winning score until 1:45 remained. Although Elways contribution statistically was meager  12-of-23, 123 yards  he ran for a touchdown and set up another by scrambling on third-and-6 late in the third quarter. Because of how he was hit as he dived forward, Elway spun like the blade of a helicopter before landing on the field for a first down.
Final score:  Broncos 31, Packers 24.

4.  Richard Dent Jersey Drew Brees vs. Peyton Manning, 2009Preamble:  Brees had led the league in completions twice, attempts twice and yards twice, and the 2009 season became his second straight leading the league in touchdowns. But in seven prior seasons as a starter, his teams only had made the playoffs twice. This 13-3 season was his chance. Mannings Colts had been Super Bowl champs in the 2007 season, but the subsequent year brought a surprising first-game exit from the playoffs. This was Mannings chance to imprint himself among the all-time great winners. His 4,500 yards and 33 touchdowns earned him All-Pro honors.
The Game:  After the Colts jumped to a 10-0 first-quarter lead, the Saints managed two second-quarter field goals and then turned around by sneaking in an onside kick to start the second half, which led to Pierre Thomas 16-yard touchdown catch from Brees. The Colts responded with a score, but the Saints clinched the game in the fourth quarter when Tracy Porter picked off a pa s to stop a Colts drive and returned the interception 76 yards for a touchdown. Brees finished 32-of-39 for 288 yards and two touchdowns.
Final score:  Saints 31, Colts 17.

5. Tom Brady vs. Patrick Mahomes, 2020Preamble:  As we wrote upon the establishment of the matchup, there has never been a QB duel like this one: the established best in the history of the position with a young superstar who might have the ability to surpa s him. Mahomes victory in his second season as a starter was a rarity, as is getting back a second consecutive time so soon into his career. He would have led the NFL in  Trey Burton Jersey pa sing yards had he not taken off Week 16 because the Chiefs had locked up the AFC No. 1 seed, and he threw for 38 touchdowns against only six interceptions. Brady started over with a new team in his 21st season and immediately carried the Buccaneers where he so often did the Patriots: to the Super Bowl.
The game:  Sunday, Feb. 7, 6:30 p.m.

6. Aaron Rodgers vs. Ben Roethlisberger, 2010Preamble:  Rodgers waitedthrough three seasons as a backup, all but unparalleled in the modern game, before getting his first shot to start in 2008. By 2010, he had a Pro Bowl on his resume and had thrown for 3,922 yards and 28 touchdowns despite mi sing a game. Roethlisberger mi sed four games that year, suspended for a violation of the leagues personal conduct policy. But hed already won two Super Bowls and was back in the game for the third time in his seventh season. He threw for 17 touchdowns in 12 games but was picked off only five times and led the league in yards per completion.
The Game:  An early offensive drive directed by Rodgers presented the Packers with a 7-0 lead. Then a mi sed block by a Steelers lineman led to Roethlisberger being hit as he attempted to throw from deep in his territory, the result being an interception returned for a touchdown. The Steelers recovered well enough to cut their deficit to 21-17 early in the fourth quarter, but a fumble by Steelers back Rashard Mendenhall presented Rodgers with a short field that he consumed in eight plays, including an 8-yard touchdown pa s to Greg Jennings. The Steelers had one last chance on their final po se sion with 2:07 left  but had to start from their own 13 because of a special-teams personal foul. Roethlisberger had no miracle in him this time. Rodgers finished 24-of-39 for 304 yards and three touchdowns and a pa ser rating of 111.5.
Final score:  Packers 31, Steelers 25

7. Tom Brady vs. Ru sell Wilson, 2014Preamble:  So much of the enthusiasm around the Seahawks involved their Legion of Boom defense, allowing Wilsons development into a Hall-of-Fame-level quarterback to be mostly overlooked. Wilson already had a Super Bowl ring and two Pro Bowls on his resume by the time he began his third season as starter. He finished it with 3,475 pa sing yards, a career-best 849 rushing yards and a combined 26 touchdowns. Brady was 37 in 2014, having won three Super Bowls and been voted to nine Pro Bowls. He hadnt won a Super Bowl in nearly a decade, despite reaching the game twice between 2005 and 2013. The Patriots were coming off a 12-4 season in which they reached the AFC championship game, so one last push at winning a fourth Super Bowl ring to tie Terry Bradshaw and Joe Montana seemed plausible.
The Game:  Itwill always be remembered as much for what did not happen as anything the two quarterbacks did. Brady attempted 50 pa ses and threw for 328 yards, but he also had two pa ses intercepted. Wilson was only 12-of-21 pa sing, but his completions gained 247 yards, and three runs produced another 39. Seattle built a 24 Mike Singletary Jersey -14 lead by the end of the third quarter, but Brady led fourth-quarter drives of 68 yards and 64 yards to put the Patriots ahead with 2:02 left in the game. Three completions by Ru sell totaling 75 yards, including a remarkable catch by Jermaine Kearse, got the Seahawks all the way to the NE 5 with 1:05 left. From there, power-back Marshawn Lynch ran the ball to the 1-yard-line on first down, then plowed over the goal line on the next play to clinch a second straight Seahawks title. Wait, thats not what happened, is it? Seattle got cute and had Wilson attempt a pa s on second-and-goal from the 1, and his throw into traffic was picked off by Malcolm Butler. Game over. Dynasty renewed.
Final score:  Patriots 28, Seahawks 24

8. Troy Aikman vs. Jim Kelly, 1993Preamble:  Aikman entered the season as Super Bowl champion, having led the Cowboys to a 52-17 blowout over the Bills the previous season. He completed a league-best 69.1 percent of his pa ses and only threw six interceptions in 392 attempts. He was selected to a third consecutive Pro Bowl. Kellys 1993 season was not his best statistically  he threw as many interceptions as touchdowns, and his pa ser rating of 79.9 was one of his lowest  but he led the Bills to a 12-4 record and to a fourth consecutive Super Bowl. No other quarterback ever achieved that distinction.
The Game:  As dominant as they were in the AFC, and as well as they started in this one, the Bills again could not find a way to hold off the Cowboys. They built a 13-6 halftime lead, but it could have been more had they not settled for three Steve Christie field goals. Kelly threw for 260 yards on 50 pa s attempts but could not produce a single TD pa s. With the Cowboys ground game doing much of the damage, Aikman had to throw only 27 times for 207 yards.
Final score:  Cowboys 30, Bills 13

9. Joe Montana vs. John Elway, 1989Preamble:  The names involved would suggest this confrontation should be higherthe list. But thats how its viewed three decades later because the two quarterbacks are legends. In its time, it seemed somewhat of a mismatch: a three-time Super Bowl champion in Montana who was beginning to be regarded as the greatest ever to play his position against a player with unmatched physical gifts who couldnt seem to deliver when it counted most. Elway, as well, was coming off one of his poorest seasons, in which he threw as many interceptions (18) as touchdown pa ses. Montana had brought Super Bowls to the 49ers in 1981, 1984 and 1988. Elway had thrown a combined nine interceptions in two Broncos postseasons that ended with Super Bowl lo ses. And there were few who gave him much of a chance in this  Dan Hampton Jersey one.
The Game: It was not one, as expected. The 49ers entered as 12-point favorites and had that covered by halftime, building a 27-3 lead that included three Montana touchdown pa ses. Montana finished 22-of-29 for 297 yards and five touchdowns. Elway pa sed for only 108 yards and was picked off twice.
Final score:  49ers 55, Broncos 10

10. Ken Stabler vs. Fran Tarkenton, 1976Preamble:  How many Super Bowls might Stabler have played (and won) had there been no Steel Curtain? The Raiders lost to the Steelers three times in the previous four seasons and he had yet to make a Super Bowl appearance  despite two Pro Bowl selections and leading the league in completion percentage (1973) and touchdown pa ses (1974) by the time the 1976 season dawned. That season was Stablers magnum opus, though: an 11-1 record in 12 starts, NFL-best numbers in completion percentage, touchdowns, yards per attempt and pa ser rating. The Raiders still had to get past Pittsburgh, but they dominated the AFC title game. Tarkenton made the last of eight Pro Bowls with a league-best 255 completions along with 17 touchdowns against only eight interceptions and a career-low interception percentage. This became his last chance to, at last, win a Super Bowl.
The Game: The Vikings blew an early chance to take a lead, recovering a blocked punt at the Raiders' 3 but then fumbledaway a po sible touchdown on the second play after the turnover. They never really recovered from that blunder. The Raiders built a 16-0 lead by halftime that included a 1-yard TD pa s by Stabler. He finished 12-of-19 for 180 yards. In an effort to catch up, Tarkenton managed 205 yards while breaking a Super Bowl record with 35 pa s attempts, but two interceptions did not help the Vikings cause.

This is absolutely a week where you will see some top waiver claims used. Mattison and Hubbard will almost certainly garner the top two claims, but as we discu s below, Hubbard might be fool's gold. Either way, both are starting running backs for the foreseeable future, and that carries plenty of currency in the fantasy world. That's also why Michel, Williams, Coleman, and even Scott could be worth waiver claims this week, too. You might also see claims put in for Hill (though probably not) and one or two of the top WRs.
With so many guys primed for claims, at least in 12-team leagues, that opens the door for those currently with low claims to move up quickly. You might also need Zach Johnson Jersey /want a running back, but if you're going to get your fifth choice, you have to ask yourself if you're better off holding back your claim, jumping to the top of the pecking order, and just picking up someone like Burkhead, who's getting starter-level touches but has no fantasy heat right now. If you can live with that, hold your claim back and wait for next week's inevitable injury parade. Definitely hold back claims on QBs Dewan Hernandez Jersey , WRs, and TEs, as there are always matchup-based streaming options on the wire.
Bottom line: Do what makes sense for your team and your situation. If this is truly a "must-win week," then do what it takes. If you're playing for Weeks 15 Dominic Proctor Jersey -17, then adjust accordingly.

Chuba Hubbard, RB, Panthers.With Christian McCaffrey (ankle) out for the year, Hubbard will be one of the top adds this week. When McCaffrey was out from Weeks 4-8, Hubbard averaged 20.4 touches (2.6 receptions) and83.4 total yards while scoring two total TDs. Those stats obviously aren't at CMC levels, but they're solid enough to make him an RB2/flex most weeks. However, his remaining schedule is pretty brutal, with his lone "favorable" matchup coming against Atlanta after Carolina's Week 13 bye. Hubbard's fantasy playoff foes include Buffalo, Tampa, and New Orleans - Reggie Wayne Jersey - all three of which are among the top-five run defenses. With Ameer Abdullah stealing more snaps and targets, it's entirely po sible Hubbard is fool's gold the rest of the way, but he still needs to be picked up in all formats given his potential.
Taysom Hill, QB, Saints.We sounded the alarm for Hill last week, but he wasn't quite ready to start because of some nagging injuries. After another mediocre Trevor Siemian performance, Hill is reportedly taking the first-team reps in Saints' practice, which is a strong indicator he'll be under center on Thursday against Dallas. If he starts the rest of the way, he'll likely be around QB10-15like he was last year during his starting stint. Hill has a high floor because of his rushing ability, and New Orleans' creative offense allows him to do just enough as a pa ser to consistently reach the 20-point plateau. Matchups against the Cowboys, Jets, Bucs, and Dolphins the next four weeks should help him lead some fantasy teams to  Miami Hurricanes Jersey playoff glory, too.

Matt Breida, RB, Bills.Breida racked up 11 touches for 55 yards and a touchdown against New Orleans in Week 12, and even though he had six  Miami Hurricanes College Jersey fewer touches than Devin Singletary (and his TD came in garbage time), it's tough to deny that Breida looks like the best back on the Bills roster. Zack Mo s was a healthy scratch, so that brightens Breida's outlook even more. He's always been explosive and has plenty of upside in one of the NFL's best offenses. It's unlikely he'll be the "lead" back, but his receiving ability will allow him to remain involved regardle s of game script. He'll Ed Reed Jersey  have a tough road to succe s with the Pats, Bucs, Panthers, and Pats on deck over the next four games, but he's still worth adding given his uptick in playing time.

Curtis Samuel, WR, Washington.Samuel did next to nothing on Monday in his return from a nagging groin injury, but the mere fact he's back should make fantasy owners take notice. With J.D. McKi sic hurting, Samuel, who's operated as a hybrid runner/receiver in the past, could be thrust into a bigger role as soon as next week. At the very least, he should be on watchlists given his upside on an emerging offense.
Sony Michel, RB, Rams.News broke on Monday that Darrell Henderson suffered a quad strain in Week 12, which means Michel might be in line to start in Week 13 against the Jaguars. At this point, it's tough to know if Henderson will suit up or not, but Henderson has never been a fast healer, so Michel needs to be picked up if he's available.

There are a few ways that Judge could could lose his job: If he loses the locker room, if Daniel Jones continues to be average and if the Giants can't improve on their 6-10 record from 2020. That said, the Giants have historically exercised patience with their head coaches, though that trend has been bucked in recent years  namely with the firings of Shurmur and McAdoo. Judge, though, hasn't exactly sunk to that level of bad-ne s just yet.

The Giants under Dave Gettleman have been eventful, if nothing else:Gettleman first was hired Brandon Johns Jr. Jersey  ahead of the 2018 season, and through the last three seasons, the Giants are 15-34, one of the worst marks in the NFL.
