Richard Mille is a brand known for producing high-end timepiece products that embodies innovative solutions that enable them to deal with some of the most challenging situations that mechanical watches may encounter. To celebrate the ten-year partnership with tennis legend Rafael Nadal, the brand has now launched a new RM27-04 tourbillon Rafael Nadal. This new Avant-Garde timepiece is equipped with a case made of TitaCarb®, powered by a manually wound tourbillon movement, can withstand accelerations of more than 12,000 grams, and is ready to compete on the court at any time.

Right now, the eye-catching feature of the new RM27-04 luxury replica watches is its highly hollow mesh surface. In order to create this unique micro-jet mechanical net, the employees of Richard Mille drew inspiration from the process of winding the tennis racket. The watchmaker uses a single braided steel cable of only 0.27 mm to form. First fix the steel cable to the 5-point turnbuckle, then start to weave the mesh structure, enter the hollow titanium flange 38 times, and finally complete it in the turnbuckle Stroke 10. This 855 mm string net supports the RM27-04 movement, which is powered by five polished titanium hooks treated with 5N gold PVD . Equipped with a manual winding device with a tourbillon, the movement RM27-04 has been extensively hollowed out to expose its mechanical foundation. The bottom plate and bridge plate are made of grade 5 titanium, a rigid alloy composed of 90% titanium, 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium, which ensures the perfect operation of the gear train. In addition, the bridge plate is treated with black PVD  to form a smooth surface, which is in sharp contrast with the steel parts. The movement operates at a frequency of 3 Hz and provides approximately 38 hours of autonomy. But innovation does not stop at the dial. The barrel-shaped case of the RM 27-04 is made of TitaCarb®, a new material unique to Richard Mille. It has a diameter of 38.4 mm, which is very wear-resistant, and the distance from ear to ear is about 47.5 mm. TitaCarb® is a high-performance polyamide with a carbon fiber content of up to 38.5% and a tensile strength of 370 MPa for automotive and traditional metal applications.
